Each wine in our Terroir Collection is a true reflection of the unique character of our vineyard estates. From the richness of the soil and the choice of grape clones to the influence of the climate and the care we put into precision farming, every detail plays a part in shaping the wine. These elements come together to capture the essence of where the wine comes from, creating a distinct and authentic expression of the land and our craftsmanship.

VARIETAL:

    • 86% Cabernet Franc
    • 9% Merlot
    • 5% Cabernet Sauvignon

SEASONAL CONDITIONS:

    • A cool and late spring transitioned into a hot summer and one of the warmest, longest autumns on record.

MATURATION:

    • Fermented in small concrete fermenters and aged in French oak barriques and puncheons (25% new) for 15 months

Tasting Notes: Aromas and flavors of black cherry, raspberry, and chocolate are elegantly supported by fine, silky tannins, offering a smooth and polished finish.
