Consisting mainly of Syrah, this fruity red wine palate is silky, but persistent, with meaty flavors leading to a long finish on the blackberries.

Viticulture

• • Certified Organic
  • Harvest and sorting by hand

Vinification

• • Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Ageing in French oak casks for 12 months.

TASTING

• • Glossy deep tones of garnet in the glass and exuding youthful freshness.
  • The nose is also very pleasant with notes of red and black berries.
  • Well-balanced and silk like palate representing bold purple fruits, giving way to light touches gentle spices, leading to along fruit driven finish.

PAIRING IDEAS

• • Well paired with red meats, grilled dishes, cheese, and to accompany traditional and Mediterranean cuisine.

AGEING
