- 2% Cabernet Franc
FOOD PAIRINGS:
-
- For pairing with Bordeaux, look for the more refined and simply prepared cuts such as loin chops, rib chops and a rack of lamb.
- These classic dishes can be a divine pairing with Bordeaux.
- More aromatic, rustic and spicy preparations of lamb often call for a wine with a bit more of a chewy, rustic and herbal character.
TASTING NOTES:
“Very intense blackberries, black olives, blueberries and dried flowers. Stony minerality. Even some pine. Full-bodied with superb depth of fruit and ultra fine tannins that are intense and polished. The finish is so long and delivers so much flavor, from wet earth to blackberry again. Seamless palate. Try after 2026”. – 99 Points – James Suckling
