DESCRIPTION:

• • Covered in paisley in riotous tropical colours, the limited edition Brut Tropicale is a sparkling wine made in the Charmat method.
  • The paisley motif – symbolic of life and eternity – has been interpreted and adopted as an auspicious motif for special occasions in India for centuries.
  • The sparkling wine is fresh, fruity and very palatable.

Blend:

• • 60% Chenin Blanc
  • 40% Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Riesling

FOOD PAIRINGS:

• • fried seafood appetizers
  • salads
  • white sauce pasta
  • Or just as an apertif it is always a good idea !

TASTING NOTES:

• • Aromas of peach and passion fruit with a lively zing on the finish.
