This organic sparkling rose wine Sparkling Love by Léoube is beautifully fresh and fragrant. This sparkling is refreshing and shows elegant yet lively bubbles, with flavors of red berries, pomegranate and grapefruit.

 

Léoube, vineyard in the var, Léoube continues its development and launches a new organic sparkling rosé  “Sparkling Love by Léoube”!

 

VINE

A blend of traditional Provence rosé grape varieties (mainly Grenache and Cinsault). Cinsault, the original grape variety of Provence rosé wines, brings peach and strawberry aromas with softness and tenderness. The silky coulor of Grenache hides the power of its fruity and intense notes.

 

CELLAR

TASTING: On the palate, this sparkling shows elegant yet lively bubbles and a refreshing acidity, offering alluring flavours of red berries, pomegranate and grapefruit that linger softly through to a delightful well-rounded finish.

WINEMAKING: Still rosé base wine created by direct press and alcoholic fermentation in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation with added organic rosé must.

AGEING POTENTIAL: 1 to 2 years.

 

SERVE

SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 49 and 53°F

WINE PAIRING: with marinated king prawns and other delicate seafood, or try with a dessert.

OCCASIONS: Aperitif, afternoon tea and all kinds of celebrations.
