Prunier VSOP Cognac

This cognac is one of the founding elements of Maison Prunier. For 100 years, the style has been preserved with a search for lightness and finesse.

The main crus used are Fins Bois and Petite Champagne and sometimes Bons Bois from predominantly limestone soils.

Pale gold color: shiny.

Nose:  Fine and delicate approach, floral (rose), citrus (orange), dried fruit (almond, fresh hazelnut) .

Mouth: Supple and round attack, very balanced and fine. Light tannin from storage in “red” barrels that does not dominate the expression of the grapes. Aromatic body same as the nose.
Nice long finish ending with a nice note of liquorice.
