Mariflor Pinot Noir

James Suckling – 91 Points

Pretty nose of wild strawberries, mulberries, orange zest and plum stones. Tight and fresh with a medium body and tight-grained tannins. Nicely firm with hints of mushroom and dried herb at the end. Drink now or hold.

Tasting Notes:

“Charming and mouthfilling…” Fairly deep crimson colour. The nose is intense with aromas of ripe red fruit accompanied by retronasal floral notes. Charming and mouthfilling with a beautiful structure and fine tannins on the finish. 2019, a great vintage that will benefit from a little more ageing. – Michel Rolland
