Kirsch from the Massenez distillery is outstandingly unique in character, strength and balance. An intense flavor for an eau-de-vie of unrivaled aromatic complexity.

 

 

Color:

• Clear and colorless, may acquire yellow green highlights as it ages; characteristic fruit eaux-de-vies brilliance.

Nose:

• Clean, typical Kirsch with no off notes.
• The intense nose with its very almond note is an indication of the choice selection of fruit and delicate distillation.
• Very complex bouquet with primary aromas of fresh fruits mixing with secondary and tertiary aromas of fermentation and distillation.

Palate:

At the level of aromas, classic fruit brandy gradation structured in 3 major organoleptic notes:

• Immediate almond note at entry.
• Complex fruity note with fresh cherry giving way to a more complex, powerful    aromatic texture.
• Spicy aftertaste.
