We have crafted an emblematic cuvee made entirely from the Bordeaux Right Bank’s flagship grape variety, Cabernet Sauvignon. Our warm, sandy-gravel Mariflor soils are ideal for ripening and unveiling the full potential of the grapes. The result is a well-structured wine with firm tannins and remarkablae romatic complexity, revealing notes of black fruit, blackcurrant, spices, liquorice and mint. The secret behind this wine: power and complexity confer excellent ageing potential while its freshness when young makes it the perfect partner for a wide array of dishes.

SOILS:   

• • Sandy-clayey, alluvium, with pebbles in depth

VINEYARD:

• • 7 ha located at 1100m above the sea

AVG VINE AGE:

• • PLANTED from 1999 to 2021

HARVEST:

• • Manual picking and double sorting

VINIFICATION:

• • Gravity feed in small concrete tanks. Fermentation in new french oak barrels.

AGEING:

• • 15 to 18 months in french oak barrels
