-
- Meursault can be served alone as an aperitif with smoked salmon.
- At dinner, Meursault is recommended with delicate fish dishes, lobster, foie gras or even poultry, as well as fresh goat cheese.
TASTING NOTES: ”
A refined wine, well appreciated in the whole world. A beautiful golden color and a great aromatic palette: honey, linden flower (“tilleul”), hazelnut butter, sometimes even chamomile or hawthorn. On the palate, a silky roundness. Long on the aftertaste, with flavors of yellow plum and gingerbread”. – Véronique Boss-Drouhin
